We are conveniently located in the Austin Avenue Medical Plaza, which is less than a mile from downtown Georgetown, Texas, and within minutes of all major area hospitals. We are just north of Austin, Texas near I-35, SH 130 (Pickle Parkway), and FM 1460.
Our regular office hours are:
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Georgetown ENT and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Franklin after our regular hours, please call our office at (512) 869-0604. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your call will be returned promptly.
At Georgetown ENT, we accept most major insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (512) 869-0604 to find out if we accept your plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We can submit insurance claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. However, we will need complete and accurate information from you about your insurance.

If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit.
Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.

Please contact your pharmacy and request a refill request be sent to our office.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Georgetown ENT are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
